Hello. I’m Johan and 28 years old. I have Pectus Excavatum but it is not bad actually. I mean, when i look the other people’s Pectus Excavtum, it is clear to understand, i’m fine. But if it gets worse? I didn’t look for Pectus on google not much then i entered this site from google images searches.

Pectus excavatum is a deformity since birth of the anterior thoracic wall in which the sternum and rib cage grow abnormally, producing a sunken chest. It can either be present at birth or not develop until puberty. Depending on the severity, it can cause problems in a person’s cardiac and respiratoryfunctions and cause pain in the chest and back. If you want to know my opinion, i should not you be operated. Because Pectus is just an esthetic staff for you as i understand. If it is not deeped, it will no problem. But you are obsessively, of course you can be treated. It gets just 5 days. It is about (how much days it gets) your concave sternum. Doctors must check it.

Hello. I’m 26 years old too. I must say, you are very lucky 🙂 Because as you said, it is not complicated as mine. I have 2 surgery for Pectus Excavatum. Once, doktor used 2 bars for my pectus because it was very deep. But then one of them removed when i sleep. Then i had one surgery more but i’m fine now.
I had lot of search about pectus excavatum reparir and excercise. But i think the way to fix pectus without surgery is not possible. I think it is time westing. If you have possibility, you should be treated with surgery but only by a good doctor who had lots of operation about pectus.
