My 12 year old son has this problem and a specialist doctor at local children hospital recommended this for him.

I was going through the order page which asks to take some measurements. I understand few but do not understand few terms as well which are used on the page. Like I done under stand when you say “growth” what it means. I would like to recommend here that you please provide pictures or a video on perhaps who to collect all the required measurements and related information? Most of us may not understand medical terms used on the form.
